The EQUALIZER  hydraulic flange spreaders are arguabley the safest available - combining a revolutionary interlocking first step mechanism and deep step design for secure and simple flange spreading.   

This portable, robust, lightweight flange spreader generates a smooth spreading force of 15.5 tons (155 kN) from 10,000 psi (700 bar) of hydraulic pressure to safely spread flange joints. The Equalizer™ unique interlocking first step enhances safety giving secure holding from a small 6 mm access gap.
